Orders - is your communication with the customer. Consider it as Sales side.
Order will be always like a parent and the most important record. You can send quotes, leave notes, and send invoices.
Jobs - Posted, or dispatched Jobs. You can consider it as the dispatch side.
Typically posted after you have an agreement with the customer. You can Dispatch from the job, request ETA, and review the paperwork that the carrier uploaded.
Orders and Jobs are synced, with the same customer, the status will be updated automatically on both.
All Orders - shows all orders in all statuses. Can be used to filter orders, find orders by Customer name, phone number, or order number.
Lead - new lead created, you need to price it and send the quote to the customer with the contract.
Quote - automated status when the quote was sent, however, the customer didn't accept it yet. You can follow up with your customer, change the price, and resend the quote.
New - changes automatically when the customer accepts the quote. You can change it to New manually if you agreed with the customer over the phone.
Active - the job was dispatched to a carrier or picked up.
Complete - the job was delivered.
Lost - lead/quote canceled the request, or doesn't need to ship the vehicle anymore. Prospect customer that canceled.
Customer Cancelled - You had an agreement with the customer and he canceled the request.

All jobs - all jobs in all statuses, can be used to filter by job number to find jobs when the carrier is calling.
Posted - job, that is posted and available for the drivers to request
Bids - jobs with bids from the CarShipIO marketplace or your network carriers.
Dispatched - Jod dispatched to the Carrier, the carrier still didn't accept the contract, he can't see job details.
Assigned - The carrier accepted the contract and has access to the Dispatch page to manage the job.
Active - job started or picked up
Delivered - the job was delivered
Carrier Cancelled - If the carrier canceled the job using the dispatch page, or called you to let you know that can't pick up the vehicle. This status will cancel the dispatch. If the car is available for pickup you will change the status to posted and repost on Central.
