RingCentral automated Search by phone or name

When the customer calls you, RingCentral will open a new page in your CarShipIO account with the search by customer phone number or name in All Orders. You can instantly see who is calling you without a need to filter by load number, phone number, or name.  

In your RingCentral App Settings -> Calls -> Incoming -> Add link ->
