To create an order go to Create Order on the top Menu

You can provide as much information as you have, remember you can always come back and update an existing order.


1. Enter Customer or Company Name. If it is in your CRM just check and enter the first letters and the full name will appear. If the company is not in your CRM just take uncheck  and fill in all the details of a new company: Customer/Company Name, Type, Address, Email Address, Phone #, and Fax #. 


NOTE: There is a tab Bill To Company where you can insert a company/person which you can bill for this order that is different from the Customer tab. 

 

2. Fill in Pickup details: Name, Pickup Location, Email Address, Phone #, Fax # and Pickup Instructions. Also, you can Save as Contact or Customer 

.


3. Fill in Delivery details: Name, Delivery Location, Email Address, Phone #, Fax # and Delivery Instructions. Also, you can Save as Contact or Customer.

 

4. For vehicle details, specify VIN # and the Year, Make, Model and Type will be generated automatically.  If there is no VIN# you can enter Year, Make, Model and Type. 


   I. Vehicle Details can be added;

   II. You can Add and Remove a vehicle as well. 



5. Then fill in when it is Ready To Ship, Deliver By, Customer Amount, Reference Number can be generated with one click or automated in Settings., Trailer Type, Sales Person, Commission, and Deposit

6. Finally Choose the way how you want to Post the Job 

7. Click Save


If you want to email the quote to the customer click Dropdown and Send quote
