Follow up advanced filters

To follow up with your customers use 2 settings Max LastActivity Days and LastFollowUp Days.


The system will check the last date you added a note to the order and show the order in the filter X days later. This is a looped process.
Example: If the filter stays for 2 days, every time 2 days after you added a follow-up note to the order the order will appear for you to follow up with the customer until you mark it as lost. 


In MY>Settings please set up the follow-up schedule for both filters.



1. OPEN THE FILTER


2. CLICK VIEW



3. Make sure you add a note with the type FOLLOW UP:




4. USE ARROWS IN THE VIEW SECTION TO SWITCH BETWEEN QUOTES
