Click "My" and choose Contacts.
You can filter them by Type and search by company name, person, title or tag.
Tags are powerful and flexible way to categorize your customers.
If you want to add a Tag click on Edit of selected Contact
At the end of the opened window put a Tag:
e.g. 
Click Save.
