Please, check the permissions!
If it's not helping:
1) Download the app from the link
2) Delete the existing app from you phone, make sure you do not have anything unsaved.
3) Go to Settings > Tap on Lock screen and Security or Lock and Security , fin box Unknown sources, and make sure it is checked.
4) Go to Play Store> on the left menu find Play Protect> Tap the Settings - on the right > unchecked box Scan device for security threats) Go My files > navigate to the folder where you have downloaded the APK app file, Click and hold it, select Install app
Navigation may be different, depends on your phone
Feel free to return back the 2 security settings you update as part of this process to its original state after you install the app this way.
