Why Loads Are Not Showing Up In The App.

   The most common reason is that trip itself does not have a driver selected or has different selected driver. 

  Please verify that proper driver is selected on the trip

1. Go to the Trip Planner; 

2. Select the Trip; 

3. Verify if desired driver is specified.

    If it's wrong click on Edit Trip button, select the correct driver and click Save. After it refresh the Driver App and see if the load appeared.
