Please remember that if you change the status and skip the inspection, the BOL will not be generated and saved in your account. By completing the inspection and signing the BOL the status of the load will be changed automatically!
If you want to Update the Status of the Load manually from the CarShipIO Drive app follow the steps below:
1. Open the Load you need
2. Open Load Options by tapping on 3 dots
3. Select Change Status
4. Select the Status and hit OK
Notification of the new status change will be sent out to all the appropriate parties (Customer, Shipper, Receiver)
