MAKE SURE your driver has permission to email the invoice
To invoice a load in the CarShipIO Driver app follow these steps:
1. Open the Load (you can send the invoice if the status of the load is Picked up or Delivered)
2. Open Options > Tap on 3 dots
3. Select Send Invoice
4. Verify the email address, if it's missing please add it in the email section. Tap Send.
The email will be sent with the Invoice and BOL documents attached.
