1. Invoice send options - What documents will be attached to the email with the invoice. There are 3 options:
2. Enter your email in Copy email if you want to get copy of every invoice that you send using CarShipIO account
3. CarShipIO will automatically generate for you load numbers and invoice numbers
4. Time stamp - All your vehicle inspection pictures, diagrams will be with the Time stamp.
5. Same as time stamp, but there will be an address where the inspection was made. This one will help you to prove that you did the inspection at the pickup or delivery locations.
6. All load with the payment term COD will be marked as paid on Delivery automatically
7. Check duplicates by load #
8. Check duplicates by ref #
9. Make the dispatch sheet private for dispatcher only, these documents will not be available for the driver in the Driver app
10. Invoice reminder - our system will follow up with your customer by email with invoice attached if they are late with the payment. Setup follow-up reminder.
11. In the trip planner then the load gets delivered, the next one will be marked as started automatically.
12. Combined invoice - if you split a load but need to send 1 invoice for both, use split invoice setting to generate a good doc.
