My Jobs/Orders Stopped Syncing With QuickBooks.

If your Orders stopped Syncing with QuickBooks you need to check if QuickBooks is still connected to CarShipIO. 

Go to My -> Settings -> Click on the QB tab and check if you have Values in the dropdown. 

Also check if you have received an email asking to reconnect QB to reenable sync process


If the Values are not there you need to Connect QB to CarShipIO:

1. Go to My -> Settings; 

2. Click Connect 

3. Connect QuickBooks to CarShipIO and check if the Values appeared after reloading. 

Within an hour all unsynced orders will sync to QuickBooks

 

If the Values are in Settings QB you need to go to My -> Contacts and see if that specific customer has the right email address.
