Who owes you money? How to see all not paid loads?

This article shows how to quickly find all unpaid loads using the Not Paid filter in your CarShipIO account. You can also view payment delays and mark loads as paid.

1. Go to the Loads tab.

2. From the drop-down menu, select the Not Paid filter.

3. This will show all loads that are not yet marked as paid.
