The reasons why QuickBooks is not syncing

If number of invoices do not sync and it's been more than 6 hours, check this: 


Open your QB Settings, make sure the account is connected


If you are getting an error, please reconnect your QB from MY>Settings

Also check if you have received an email asking to reconnect QB to reenable sync process and reconnect it in Settings 

if 1/some invoices don't sync others do, check this


1. Check the order info such as customer info, order amount, or payment term. 


If one of these is missing, the order won't be synced to QB



2. If the Job didn't sync - please make sure the carrier has accepted the contract. You can check it by Red label "Dispatched"

3. If the Job/Order did not sync - please make sure the status of the job/order matched your QB Settings in the CarShipIO account.

4. If the Job did not sync - make sure the job is in status Delivered and Invoiced. If you mark the job as "invoiced" first - it won't sync to QB.

5. If the Job didn't sync - make sure that the creation date of the job is no longer than 3 months. 
Otherwise it won't be synced to QB. 

If everything you checked looks good, please contact support.
