After you request a job your bid will be pending for Broker's approval. Broker has all the needed info to approve your request, they have the company name, DOT #, details. That makes the process of dispatch faster and smoother.
The carrier packet that you uploaded previously to the account will be attached to your request along with your contact information. Make sure you - Setup load board account! Check this before you request loads!

Please be informed that if you didn't upload the insurance or you have an expired document your company name will be highlighted in red and ignored by the broker!
When the broker clicks approve you will receive a notification about Dispatch and will be able to accept it from the email or inside if the account - How to accept a dispatched marketplace load in the account
Reasons why the bid is still pending:
- Insurance is missing
- You have bad contact information listed
- The dates or amount you requested does not fit the requirements for that job
- Your cargo limit is not a good match for this job
- Broker is checking other requests to decide
