Setup load board account! Check this before you request loads!

 1. Once you are in the account make sure you check your contact info in MY>Locations

If you have a bad phone number or email in your contact info, the broker won't be able to reach you. 
Leave a good phone number and an email. The broker will use this contact information to discuss details about the job. 

 2. In Marketplace upload the Insurance and W9 docs in the pop-up window

Please note that 9 out of 10 times broker will select a carrier with documents uploaded and visible when accepting a Job Request. Please UPLOAD DOCUMENTS now to dramatically increase your chance of getting this job.

When you 1st-time login into the account you will get a notification to upload the docs.
