1. How to assign a Load to a Trip
| Step I From the top menu, click on Trip to access Trip Planner. Click on "Select a Trip" |  |
| Step II Details of selected Trip will open.The first thing you will see on the left side all the information about the trip (driver details, how many trucks loaded with truck, total pay, information about expenses, total miles of the trip, also the current trip status of how many miles already pass). |  |
| Step III You can visualize the Trip on Google map and see how many stops completed, how many are still remaining. |  |
| Step IV Scroll down below and you can see the information about the Loads on this Trip. It gives a detailed insight about the ( nub of loads, which date loads been picked up, name of the customer, pick up and delivery address, how many parts the trip is split off, how long is the distance of each trip, information about trip status, is it delivered, did it started or not, vehicles/car details such as brand, model, year). You can also Edit the Load information by clicking on the yellow small button next to Status. |  |
