 1. From Top Navigation, Click on Trips 



 2. Click the green button Add New Trip on the right top corner; Or select an existing trip




 

   There are several ways to assign a Load to a Trip:  

                                                                                                I.  Add Existing Load.

                                                                                                II. Add New Load; 

                                                                                                III. Add New Load From File; 

 

  To assign the Load you have to click on Details (click on down arrow) and choose the way you need. 


         


  I. 1. Click on Add Existing Load;

      2. Check the box for the load you need;

      3. Click Add Selected on the top. 


II. 1. Click on Add New Load; 

     2. Put in all the information of a new Load and click Save Load at the end.


III. 1. Click on Add New Load From File: 

      2. A new window appears. Click on Select File. Browse the File Type; 

      3. Click Import As New Load. 

All the loads will appear under the map. They can be viewed, edited, and deleted. The pick-ups and drop-offs will be shown on the map. The information about the trip can be seen on the left panel of the map.
