Archive/Delete Trips from the Trip Planner selecting the Trip you want to Archive.
If all the cars are delivered, Make sure you End the trip before you archive it, this way you will save the Trip data and make it available in Trip and Driver Settlement and other Reports.
1. Click the Edit icon on the left panel of the map if the trip wasn't started and you want to delete it
Click delete/Archive button
2. If all the cars are delivered and you closed the Trip, click on the Archive button
Confirm that the Trip should be archived with the Yes button.
In most cases, if the Trip was created by accident and has no Loads, Expenses, or other data associated with it, it will be deleted. Otherwise, it will be Archived.
