Loads are automatically refreshed and downloaded to the drivers device. If you need to expedite the process, you can force refreshing data.
From the Trips screen, select top right menu (3 dots), from there select Refresh, wait for the system to pull the latest trips and loads.
If your company is not using trips, you can refresh loads, from Loads w/o Trip List.
If the desired loads/trips are still not downloading and you're not getting any error during the refresh, please make sure the correct driver is selected on the trip.
