If you want to have driver contact information required every time a carrier accepts the dispatch
Step 1: Access MY>Settings
- Log in to your account and navigate to MY>Settings.
- Step 2: Enable "Required Driver Information"
- In MY>Settings, and activate the "Required Driver Information" feature
With this feature enabled, every time a carrier accepts a dispatch, they will be automatically prompted to provide their driver's contact information.

What the Carriers will see when they accept the job:

You can see the result in Job VIEW > Carrier Tab
