If you want to have driver contact information required every time a carrier accepts the dispatch

 Step 1: Access MY>Settings 

  • Log in to your account and navigate to MY>Settings.
  • Step 2: Enable "Required Driver Information"
    • In MY>Settings, and activate the "Required Driver Information" feature

       


    • With this feature enabled, every time a carrier accepts a dispatch, they will be automatically prompted to provide their driver's contact information.
