How to Set up Invoice Reminder

What It Does:

When you send an invoice from your CarShipIO account, the system can automatically send a reminder email to your customer after a set number of days if the invoice is still not paid.

For example:
If the Invoice Reminder is set to “1 day after”, the system will automatically Resend the invoice to the customer 1 day after it becomes past due — as a polite payment reminder.

⚙️ How to Set It Up

1. Go to Settings → Invoices.

2. Find the Invoice Reminder option.

3. Choose how many days after the due date you want the system to follow up.

4. Save your settings.
   
   

✉️ How It Works

• Once the invoice is sent, the system tracks its due date.

• If the payment is not received by that time, the system automatically emails a follow-up reminder to the customer with the same invoice attached.

• You don’t need to send any additional emails — CarShipIO does it for you.
