From Email Scenarios

You can set up "from email" in your settings to be able to email customers with your own domain. Here is the list when we use from email


1. All Quote emails to Customer

2. All Follow-up emails to Customers (Automated and MISC)

3. Quote Accepted email to Customer

4. Invoice Email to Customer

5. Public notes on the order and job (email note notification)

6. ETA request to the Carrier

7. Customer email notification about status change: Truck is assigned, Picked up, Delivered
