If you want to Import A New Load, start from Load Management by clicking Loads from the top menu or from the Dashboard.

1. Click New Load (down arrow) and choose New From File.
2. Choose File Type, click on Select File and click Import As New Load.
Make sure you specify where this load from (Central Dispatch, etc)

In just a few seconds you will be redirected to the newly created load for review.
Review it and hit Save, the load will appear in the list of new loads at the top and will be highlighted in light yellow color.
Other loads can be imported via email, for those brokers that dispatch by email. In the Settings section, you will find Load Import Email.
Forwarding those dispatched to a special email on your account will import those loads.
