If you are getting an error during the PDF import, there are few reasons for Load Import Issues:
1. Selecting incorrect Type of File Import;
2. Uploading incorrect file;
Please check the PDF files we support
3. Saving as PDF (print to PDF) instead of print from Central Dispatch;
Make sure you save the file using the download button from the right top corner. Do not use the right-click and print
4. The File can be corrupted; There might be some extra characters, or the format is slightly changed because the broker provided the wrong dispatch info. In this case please import the load manually.
5. Some brokers send multiple files, but we support importing of specific ones only;
6. File format was changed. Brokers tend to change the format and layout of their dispatch sheets often, and we have to adjust to the new format.
