To bring emails from Manheim into your CarShipIO account, follow these steps:
1. Check Your Email: Make sure the email you want to import comes from Manheim. If a dealer forwarded it to you, that works too. Also, make sure the Gate pass is attached.
2. Find Your Import Email: Log in to CarShipIO and go to MY > Settings. There, you'll see your unique import email address.

3. Send the Email: Forward the email from Manheim to your CarShipIO import email address.
4. Order Creation: CarShipIO will create the order automatically once you forward the email.
