If you see Spinning CIRCLE on APP LAUNCH after updating the app. Your device maybe be blocking specific permissions that Driver app needs.
1. Go to Settings;
2. Apps;
3. CarShipIO Driver App;
4. Permissions;
Make sure Camera, Location, Storage permissions are enabled.

If that does not help, try to restart the app by closing and reopening it.
Next, try to reinstall the app.
if that does not work you will need to manually install the app
