The Load can be Deleted when the Status of the Load is New. If the load status is picked up or delivered please change the status back to new - How to Change the Status of the Load Back



   

To Delete one load:


1. Go over the load you want to Delete;

2. Click on the drop-down next to the View button;

3. Click Delete. 


Note: You can't delete the load that was previously Invoiced or marked as Paid.  





How To Delete multiple Loads: 

1. Check the box for the specific load;

2. Go to Action Menu to the right top corner; 

3. Click Delete.  

 

REFRESH THE PAGE - the dashboard is synced with the app - it should be deleted from the app as well.
