Statuses on the job can be changed internally or externally by carriers.


1. When the status is changed by the carrier, you will see the result automatically. 


You can request ETA from the Job View, and we will email the carrier the link to update ETA and Job Status. 



2. You can change the status in your account from the Jobs section.
Select the Date and ETA for the next status. Check the box if you want to notify the customer.
