⭐ How to Rate a Carrier After a Job

Rating carriers helps keep the CarShipIO Marketplace strong, trustworthy, and transparent. Here’s how you can leave a review based on your experience.


✅ Option 1: Rate from the Carrier Profile

  1. Go to MY > Carriers

  2. On the right side, use the Search Existing Carrier field
    ➤ Paste the DOT number of the carrier you want to review

  3. Locate the job and click View

  4. A new window will open with the carrier’s profile

  5. Click the “Reviews” tab in the middle of the page

  6. Press “Rate & Review” – you’ll be redirected to the Public Carrier Page

  7. Click “Rate this Auto Carrier”, leave your review, and submit it




✅ Option 2: Rate Directly from the Job Page

Once the job is delivered:

  1. Go to the job and click View

  2. Open the “Carrier” tab

  3. You’ll see a star icon and “Rate” button — click it

  4. Leave your review and submit — it will appear on the Carrier Profile




✅ Option 3: Rate During Status Changes

In some workflows, you’ll see a review pop-up when you change the job status:

  • When you mark the job as Paid

  • When you changethe  status to Delivered

  • When you mark the job as Carrier Canceled

➡️ A window will appear prompting you to rate and review the carrier right then. Super quick and easy!

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Great service, on-time, clear communication

  • ⭐⭐ or ⭐ = Serious issues like no-show, delays, or bad behavior
