Order journey and automated emails

1. LEAD - price the lead and send the quote. You can enable automated email follow-ups


2. QUOTE - Quote email was sent, follow up process


3. NEW - Will be changed automatically when the customer accepted the contract. Customers will receive Quote Accept template with the link to the customer portal. 




* If an Order is created in a NEW status and the quote email with the contract wasn't sent before, the customer will not receive a confirmation email. 


4. ASSIGNED - When the job is dispatched and the carrier accepted the contract the system will send an automated email notification to the customer. 


5. PICKED UP - your customer will receive automated email: 


6. DELIVEREDyour customer will receive automated email:


7. THANK YOU template - will be sent automatically when the order is complete.
