This guide is for carriers or drivers who received a job from a broker using the CarShipIO platform.
If a broker dispatched a job to your company, you do not need to sign up manually or create a password — your login was already sent to you.
✅ What You Need to Know - The Link is the Login
When the broker dispatched the job, you were already sent a secure login link — by Both email or SMS.
That link will automatically log you in and take you directly to the job.
⚠️ Find The SMS
Sender: (980) 404-2929
Message includes a link like: https://www.carshipio.com/s/XXXXX
✅ Tapping that link will log you in instantly and open your assigned job
⚠️ Find The Email
Sender: info@carshipio.com
Subject: “New Job Dispatch Alert”
Content: Includes a green "Complete Inspection" button that will log you in automatically.
⚠️ Can't find the Link?
Check your spam/junk folders
Ask your dispatcher when the job was accepted and check if the correct contact info was provided.

ℹ️ Having trouble with the link?
If you clicked the link and it didn’t work:
Close (kill) the app completely
Go back to your email or SMS
Click the link again while the app is closed
You can also try restarting the app and opening the link a second time.
❗️Where to Find Your Driver App Login Info
When a driver profile is created, the login information (username and PIN) is automatically sent to the driver’s email address.
✅ Check your inbox for an email from:CarShipIO Notifications <info@carshipio.com>
The subject line will include “YOUR APPLICATION PIN”, and the body will contain the login credentials like this:
