If you have been dispatched a new load through the CarShipIO Dispatch App but it is not showing in the App, please follow these instructions:
1. Make sure that this load has been dispatched through the App:
a) You can check if you received an SMS with the link from (980) 404-2929:
if you can not find sms try checking for email subject:
"If you have received this email and text but do not see your load in the App, do the following:
1. Open the App and find the refresh button, then click on it.
If the load is still not showing, log out from the App and click on the link from the SMS to log back in; the load should then appear.
