Follow up Templates

 When you send the initial quote to the customer, schedule automated follow-ups. The system will send up to 5 emails to your customer. 

If the customer accepts the quote we will cancel the remaining emails. 


! IMPORTANT: you need to have templates created in MY>templates to start using this functionality.


 Open My > Templates > New template


Create the template for every follow-up by selecting the type of template. 


If the follow-up template is missing, the system will not send an email. 


You can always use the initial quote template for the body of the template and add to it a call to action to close the customer.
