MISC template is a template that you can manually send to the customer when the status is NEW, ASSIGNED, COMPLETE
You can use this template for deposit/full payment requests, as a thank you letter asking the customer to leave a review or anything else that suits your process.
To create this template open MY>Templates
Fill in the Name and make sure you specify the type and Misc.
In the description, you can add the subject of the email.
If you want to add the link to the customer portal, please add the tag [[DEPOSIT-BTN]] at the end of the email

Select the MISC template and send it
