1. Permissions
Make sure you accept All the Permissions when you start your first inspection in the app: Camera, Location, etc.
Allow to use it all the time or while using the app. If you decline one of the permissions, you won't be able to make the inspection!
You need to accept Location permission because the app will add Time and Location Stamps on every Inspection picture you take
2. Filters
In the left menu, you can find useful filters. Filter loads by Status or check Paid or Unpaid loads.
To open the menu you can swipe or tap three lines in the left top corner.
3. Refresh
To refresh the app, pull down in trips list. That will download all new/updated info from the Dashboard.
4. Options Menu
In the list of loads and in the Load details you can find 3 dots in the top right corner. This is the Options menu > Actions that are available for you right now.
It can be Create a new load, or Invoice and Mark the load as Paid, depending on what you have on your screen.
5. Inspection
To be able to Sign the BOL, you must complete the inspection.
It's required to take at least 1 picture or mark damages on the Diagram to Sign the BOL.
Take all of the pictures and click Done when finished.
After completing the Inspection you will get the option to sign eBOL, press Comeplete EBOL and get eBOL signed.
